If a co-worker is lazy, they do not get fired. Their responsibilities are taken away and given to the harder worker... but they keep their job with the same pay/benefits. This isn't fair. Continuing to task a responsible worker is more incentive not to work hard. For instance, an administrative assistant should know how to use the Microsoft Office and a Front Office Registrar should know how to properly take insurance (despite many years in these jobs). These tasks are then falling on us who work hard and we are not given even a smile... it's just expected we clean up after these lazy team members someone else hires.
