    1. Annual voluntary departure rate among all staff levels. Disaggregate by RC and provide report to Dean/Director.

    2. Staff satisfaction surveys that are anonymous.

    3. Rating of IUPUI in "top Indiana workplaces".

    4. Number and quality of applicants for open positions.
